8 Killed As Two Buses Collide In Sylhet

At any rate 8 individuals were killed and numerous others harmed as two transports impacted head-on in Sourth Surma upazila of Sylhet on Friday morning. 

The characters of the perished couldn't be known at this point. The mishap occurred at Rashidpur territory on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway at around 7:00am, said Md Monirul Islam, official responsible for South Surma police headquarters. 

Citing local people and travelers, Monirul said the mishap happened as a Sylhet-bound transport of London Express hit a Dhaka-bound transport of Ena Paribahan, executing four individuals on the spot and harming handfuls more. 

Four others kicked the bucket after they were taken to a nearby emergency clinic, the OC said. Drivers of the two transports are among the expired, he added.
